Background
The Estonian Transport Administration manages thousands of kilometers of national roads and infrastructure. This project focused on the digital transformation of the “TEET” system—a critical internal tool used for planning, managing, and documenting national road construction and maintenance. The existing legacy system was outdated, making it difficult for specialists to manage complex data workflows and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects efficiently.
Objective
The goal was to design a functional interface that simplifies complex data management and minimizes error in infrastructure planning. We modernized the service through extensive UX research and user testing to address the specific workflows and pain points of specialists. The result transforms a data-heavy environment into a streamlined digital workspace that supports rapid decision-making and provides a clear overview of national developments.
