National Heritage Board

The Estonian National Heritage Board needed to update their website as part of a transition to a unified web design framework implemented across all government agencies and ministries. However, they faced a significant challenge: their old website contained outdated information, while essential, up-to-date content was difficult for users to find.

To address this issue, I conducted extensive user research, including interviews with various user personas. Based on the insights gathered, I developed a new sitemap and information structure, leading to a significantly improved user experience and better access to relevant information.
